We've gone through a lot of difficulty,
and we've now got an issue with morale. Attitudes have deteriorated and
sales are down.
Sales is a
difficult job. Often the salespeople are unsupervised. When there
has been difficulty in the business and chins go down, sales go down
with them. We need to pick up the motivation of our salespeople.
If we want to improve our business.
Two things will probably be
necessary. The first thing will be it to enable our sales managers
to effectively motivate their people. The second will be to lift
the motivation of the whole sales force through a series of motivational
workshops. Don't be concerned if you only have one sales manager, or if
you are that manager yourself. We can do a one to one coaching
session that will impart the necessary skills. The key thing to remember
here is that motivation has to improve for the business to improve, and
that motivation has to be kept at a high-level by the manager.
We will impart the
motivation by introducing it within structured workshops that deal with
sales issues. The job of the manager will be to keep the
motivation going afterward.
If you want some
ideas of the sorts of things that can be covered, go to the
training page
to scroll through some ideas. Go
direct to the
sales management page for the sorts of things that will
be covered with the manager, and the
professional sales page for sales workshop examples if you're pushed for time. Please
note that either option is showing you examples of what can be covered.
Your workshop(s) will be tailored to fix the issues facing your
business.
If you'd like a no
obligation meeting, email us
