I have a telesales team
that seem reluctant to pick up the phone. Their conversion rates aren't
good enough. What shall I do?
If every time we picked the phone up we got a yes, we wouldn't have any
reluctance in picking up the phone to make a call. the issue is that we
fear, and expect a no! As long as that fear is there, we will be
reluctant to pick up the telephone.
