We need to shorten times between the order being
agreed and the paperwork arriving. What can we do?
Anyone who does pistol shooting or archery will tell you that accuracy
decreases with distance and time. In general, the longer it takes for
the order to come in, the less likely it is to arrive. This is not
always the case, and sometimes the issue is simply that there is a
protracted purchasing period. Our salespeople need to find this
out during their questioning of the customer, and use their skills to
shorten the period.
Sometimes the issue is that people just don't ask the right questions.
They also don't get sufficient agreement before they leave. Small
psychological tricks can be played to make sure that the order does come
to us and not go to our competitors. We can nearly always walk out with
an order number, even if we can't walk out with the order itself.
Failing that, we can make the customer aware that we believe we have the
business and shake hands on the deal.
If you want some
ideas of the sorts of things that can be covered, go to the
training page
to scroll through some ideas, or go
direct to the
professional sales page if you're pushed for time. Please
note that either option is showing you examples of what can be covered.
Your workshop(s) will be tailored to fix the issues facing your
business.

obligation meeting, email us
